Chicagoland Speedway Offers Full Ticket Refund If Dale Jr. Wins Daytona 500

Chicagoland Speedway is offering a full ticket refund to its Sept. 20 Sprint Cup race if Earnhardt Jr. wins the “Great American Race.” Fans have until Feb. 22 at noon CT to purchase seats priced between $85-180.

Chicagoland has insurance on the promotion to cover losses should Earnhardt win the 500, according to Chicagoland VP/Sales & Marketing Communications Scott Howard. Howard says the speedway sold out lower-price tickets in advance of the race last year and is hoping the promotion encourages fans to gamble on higher-priced tickets for this year’s race.
